Job summary

FutureTech in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join the team. You will work alongside experienced carpenters to learn the trade and gain hands-on experience, with flexible hours for students and opportunities for part-time or summer work.

Starting salary is 900$ per month, with potential increases based on performance. Visa sponsorship is provided for the right candidate; accommodation is not included.

Qualifications

• Egyptian nationality preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• No prior experience required, but basic carpentry knowledge is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work hard.

• Assist with measuring, cutting and shaping wood materials according to specifications.
• Learn how to operate various hand and power tools safely.
• Help with assembling and installing structures such as frames, walls, roofs and decks.
• Gain knowledge of different types of wood and their uses.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
