Carpenter - Contract Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a contract basis in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in carpentry and an eye for detail. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures. This role requires someone who is physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to plan carpentry projects
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim
• Repair or replace damaged or rotting woodwork
• Select and purchase quality materials for each project
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow building codes and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Carpenter or similar role is required
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
