Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain cargo manuals, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation meets standards.
• Develop and manage cargo documentation materials.
• Provide technical support to teams for standards implementation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
