Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time cargo profitability, load factors, and capacity utilization across freighter operations within the operational control window
• Analyze revenue performance and recommend aircraft upgrades, downgrades, delays, or cancellations based on commercial impact and operational feasibility
• Evaluate operational disruptions including weather, aircraft on ground situations, crew or maintenance constraints and propose commercially viable recovery plans
• Act as central shipment control focal point for internal cargo stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with ground handling agents, load masters, dispatch, engineering, and network stations to optimize loading efficiency and minimize ground time
• Protect revenue by supporting recovery of disrupted, high-yield, or sensitive shipments such as pharmaceuticals, live animals, courier, and diplomatic cargo
• Identify trends in claims and shipment nonconformance and collaborate with relevant departments to reduce operational risk
• Produce and circulate daily cargo briefings and operational updates to ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and digital optimization initiatives within cargo operations

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years of relevant cargo or aviation experience
• Background in cargo revenue management, freight forwarding, cargo customer service, or supply chain operations
• Experience in cargo operations control, network monitoring, or high-pressure airline operational environments
• Familiarity with Cargo iQ or Cargo 2000 performance measurement and reporting
• Strong understanding of cargo reservation, tracking systems, and global air freight supply chain processes
• Knowledge of stakeholder functions including ground handling, network planning, flight dispatch, engineering, dangerous goods, cargo compliance, safety, and sales
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills in time-critical environments
