Job summary

Qureos seeks an experienced Career Development Counselor to support employee career development, capability building and professional growth initiatives.

The role focuses on counselling, coaching, and facilitating development programs, with a emphasis on national/Qatari workforce initiatives and structured career frameworks. You will contribute to performance improvement through targeted development plans and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business or HR preferred.
• 6+ years of L&D/career-development experience.
• Strong counselling, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Experience with career frameworks and assessments.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counselling and professional-development guidance.
• Support individual career and development plans.
• Conduct employee assessments and identify development needs.
• Support career-path and competency-development frameworks.
• Conduct career-development workshops and awareness sessions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees.
• Support development initiatives for national/Qatari employees.
• Analyse career-development information and prepare reports and recommendations.
