Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a seasoned software leader to mentor teams, shape architectural design, and deliver scalable, customer‑centric web applications. You will co‑create solutions with clients and leaders, drive agile delivery, and help raise engineering standards across the business.

This role offers exposure to diverse industries, hands‑on coding alongside a global team, and opportunities to grow into a technology leadership role while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with significant full-stack web application development experience
• Experience leading in Agile teams, including coaching and modeling Agile mindsets as part of sprint ceremonies, work definition and building developer capabilities
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders including modeling and coaching others to use engineering best practices such as design patterns, customer‑centric design, test‑driven development, code refactoring, code review, and OWASP Top 10 security awareness

You will be part of the Tech & AI at McKinsey team in Riyadh/Doha or Dubai. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. Tech & AI at McKinsey is our tech delivery people unit. A global team of software, data and cloud engineers, passionate designers, technology architects, product owners, and leading technologists. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with significant full-stack web application development experience strongly preferred
