Candidate Profile : Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) - Oncology Data Specialist (ODS). Individual with extensive cancer care management experience, currently working in positions as Oncology Healthcare Program Manager, Oncology Healthcare Services Manager, Oncology Senior Manager, Director of Medical Services in Cancer Care etc.
Overseas Hiring : Require only individuals currently outside of Qatar.
Education : Full-time studies Bachelor Degree(3-4 Years Duration) in any healthcare related field. OR Full-time studies in Non-Healthcare Bachelor Degree(3-4 Years Duration) AND Master\'s Degree in any healthcare related field

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing and managing specialized clinical programs that align with the hospital’s strategic vision.
The goal is to drive innovation, service transformation, and sustained operational excellence across cancer care services.
The manager will oversee departmental operations and performance, ensuring services meet regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
The role involves strategic planning, business case development, and service optimization through benchmarking, trend analysis, and cost-benefit reviews.
The manager will play a key role in advancing an academic health system by promoting staff development, supporting clinical governance, and improving patient safety outcomes.
This includes leading incident investigations, implementing corrective actions, and enhancing the patient experience through effective complaint resolution.
Additionally, the position requires active coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical leads, patient relations, legal entities, and government bodies.
The manager must ensure optimal use of resources, monitor key performance indicators, and apply data-driven decision-making to enhance cancer care delivery and patient satisfaction.
