Job summary

Snoonu's Snoomart team is seeking a Commercial Marketing Coordinator to align campaigns across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, Content, CRM and Finance, ensuring timely delivery, high quality execution, and strong commercial results in a fast paced e‑commerce environment.

You will coordinate promotions, digital merchandising, supplier campaigns, and reporting, monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and drive customer engagement and sales growth through cross‑functional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field; 1–3 years in Commercial Coordination or related roles.
Experience in grocery retail, FMCG, e‑commerce, or Q‑commerce is preferred.
Experience supporting promotional campaigns and cross‑functional project coordination.
Experience with CRM campaigns (push, in‑app, email) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of Snoomart commercial campaigns and calendar.
Validate pricing, discounts, and promotional mechanics before launch.
Act as central point between Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM and Finance.
Coordinate campaign assets, banners, emails, and in‑app notifications.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare KPI reports.
Support retail media and AdTech campaigns with partners.
