What Does a Business Systems Analyst Do?


* Partner with business stakeholders to capture and validate requirements, support ERP application setup, and ensure continuous improvement

* Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for IFS solutions and key business systems across offshore operations and ship repair domains


What Are the Key Responsibilities?


* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system integrations

* Design scalable IT solutions in collaboration with application owners and solution teams

* Manage and support implementation of IFS ERP and PMS integrations

* Lead efforts in change request prioritization, issue resolution, and configuration setup
