We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior ERP Software Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will assist in identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities for our ERP software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a career in technology sales, with a focus on ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound prospecting activities. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their ERP solution requirements.
  3. Sales Process Management: Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with senior sales representatives to negotiate and close deals.
  4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the ERP software, its features, and its business applications. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads. Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless product deployment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-4 years of experience in software sales, technology sales, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
  3. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in a clear and compelling way. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Basic understanding of ERP systems or business management software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
