Job summary

MechaForce, a reputable business coaching firm in Al-Khor, Qatar, seeks a highly motivated Business Coach to guide Indian clients toward professional growth and business development. You will conduct consultations, tailor coaching plans, and deliver sessions in person or online.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, has proven coaching experience (preferably with Indian clients), and excels in Hindi or other Indian languages; English is a plus.

City Al-Khor Qatar Salary $1200month negotiable A reputable business coaching company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team As a Business Coach you will work closely with clients from the Indian community providing personalized coaching and guidance to help them achieve their professional goals and drive growth in their businesses The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Indian business culture and be able to effectively communicate in Hindi or any other Indian language

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and goals
• Develop customized coaching plans for each client based on their specific strengths and weaknesses
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions either in person or remotely via video conferencing
• Assist clients in developing effective strategies for business growth and overcoming challenges
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure clients meet their goals
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for groups of Indian business owners to share best practices and industry insights

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role preferably working with Indian clients
• Strong understanding of the Indian business culture customs and practices
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language proficiency in English is a plus
• Ability to adapt coaching techniques based on individual client needs
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower others
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules
