Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a business coach or consultant, preferably with Indian professionals.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of business principles, strategies and techniques.
• Ability to adapt coaching style to different personalities and learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Indian professionals to develop business skills and strategies.
• Create personalized action plans for each client based on individual needs and goals.
