Job Summary : The incumbent goal is to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and develop business cases to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities :
Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders using structured interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations to ensure a clear understanding of business needs.
- Analyze business needs to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), including business cases, requirements specifications, and solution designs.
Solution Design and Development
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate potential solutions, including assessing technical feasibility, performing cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments.
- Design and develop solutions to meet business needs, including process maps, workflow diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Communicate project plans, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and end-users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, concerns, and engagement through effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged in solution development.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to support business decision-making, including developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis, and develop actionable recommendations for business improvement.
- Maintain data management plans, including governance, quality, and security standards.
Solution Implementation and Quality Assurance
- Lead the implementation of solutions by developing implementation plans, project schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of solutions through the creation of testing plans, quality assurance protocols, and defect management strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementation, including developing risk management, contingency, and disaster recovery plans.
Minimum Required Qualifications, Certifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis or management consulting, with at least 4 years in the GCC region, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analyst (CBA), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or Agile Business Analysis Certification are a plus.
- Expertise in Data Analysis, Business Case Development, Stakeholder Management, and Process Improvement.
