Job Description

Buggy Driver

The Buggy Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting guests around the property using a buggy. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience through friendly and professional service.

  • Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Transport guests and their belongings to and from rooms, hotelfacilities, and parking areas as required.
  • Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure the buggy is clean, well-maintained, and fully charged or fueled.
  • Follow scheduled transportation routines as well as ad-hoc requests promptly.
  • Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or management.
  • Adhere tosafety protocols and traffic rules at all times.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions.
  • Maintain a high level of guest service and uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven safe driving record.
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Russian/Arabic speaking preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to lift luggage.
  • Flexible with work hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
