Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Budgeting and Reporting Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting for the company and PIH entities. You will coordinate with department heads, review submissions, and drive financial insights to support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, advanced modelling, and proficiency with Excel, BI tools, and SAP ERP. Experience across EPC/construction projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of FP&A, budgeting, or corporate planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for UCCH's consolidated business and PIH entities.
• Coordinate with department heads to collect, review, and consolidate budget submissions.
• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyze budget variances and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation, including PIH-related items.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and budget utilisation across business units.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for EPC/construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial regulations, and internal policies.

The Budgeting and Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the company's budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and consolidated financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for UCCH's consolidated business and PIH entities.
• Coordinate with department heads to collect, review, and consolidate budget submissions.
• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Analyse budget variances and provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation, including relevant PIH-related items.
• Monitor financial performance, costs, and budget utilisation across business units.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for EPC/construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, financial regulations, and internal policies.

Job Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and management reporting.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning (FP&A).
• Understanding of budgeting cycles for EPC/construction projects.
• Advanced financial modelling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of BI tools and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
