Job summary

BIMTEC in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced BIM/Project Manager to drive BIM coordination and deliver ISO 19650-2 workflows across projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, lead meetings, and produce detailed reports for senior management.

The role requires 8–12 years' experience, strong planning and communication skills, and expertise with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D and MS Project. A solid command of project documentation and risk assessment is essential.

Qualifications

• Mandatory BSc and Project Management Certificate.
• MSc recommended for advanced roles.
• 8–12 years of BIM/Project Management experience.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 19650-2 workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply ISO 19650-2 workflows across project delivery.
• Prepare or support reports, documentation and financial control documents.
• Act as intermediary between project stakeholders to keep projects efficient.
• Coordinate with BIM coordinators and production team for project info models.
• Ensure BIM execution plans are produced and maintained.
• Conduct BIM/Project audits and risk assessment throughout processes.
• Produce monthly commercial and planning reports for senior managers.
• Lead meetings to identify tasks and resolve issues.
• Champion BIM across project stakeholders and align with strategy.
