Scale AI in Doha, Qatar, seeks a bilingual Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own end‑to‑end design from concept to implementation, collaborating with PMs and engineers to ship fast while translating feedback into compelling concepts.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, shaping product direction, and using Cursor/Claude Design to visualize and prototype solutions that leverage data

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in early stage products.
• Experience in B2B government/enterprise contexts preferred.
• Degree in HCI, CS, or Graphic Design is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 0-1 Design: Own the full design process from concept to implementation with PMs and engineers.
• Develop concepts by translating PM/client feedback into clear design directions.
• Manage expectations and align stakeholders around a shared design vision.
• Communicate and prototype visually using AI tools to bring concepts to life.
• Design decisions should be data-informed from research and user insights.
