Job summary

Scale AI in Doha, Qatar, seeks a bilingual Product Designer to craft AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own end‑to‑end design from concept to implementation, collaborating with PMs and engineers to ship fast while translating feedback into compelling concepts.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, shaping product direction, and using Cursor/Claude Design to visualize and prototype solutions that leverage data

Qualifications

Do you thrive in the ambiguity and possibility of early stage product design? We're looking for a bilingual Product Designer to help build intuitive, AI-driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East.

You will:

• Lead 0-1 Design: Own the entire design process — from raw concept to final implementation — working directly with PMs and engineers to ship impactful products quickly
• Develop Concepts: Extract key insights from PM and client feedback and translate them into compelling concepts
• Manage Expectations: Respond effectively to multiple stakeholders and align them around a clear design direction
• Communicate and Prototype Visually: Deliver polished verbal communication and visual storytelling using AI tools like Cursor and Claude Design to bring concepts to life
• Design with Data: Make design decisions informed by research, data, and user insights

You're a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in Arabic and English (a hard requirement for this role)
• Excel at navigating ambiguity in early stage products
• Have a mix of startup and established company experience; at least one role at a well-respected company with a strong product development culture
• Have experience in B2B products for government or enterprise clients
• Want your work to shape the role of AI in modern business applications
• Have prior work experience in the GCC (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE)
• Are based in the GCC or open to relocating
• Have hands-on experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude
• Have a degree in HCI, Computer Science, or Graphic Design
• Have a strong portfolio demonstrating polish, professional presentation, and clear visual storytelling to broad audiences
