Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. in Doha is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the group’s marketing and communications across its portfolio. You will set the brand direction and manage Arabic and English content and campaigns to reflect the group’s market standing.

The role requires 8+ years in marketing and communications, native Arabic and fluent English, plus proven leadership across brand, digital, content, PR and events, with strong analytics and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing and communications with team leadership.
• Native-level Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proven record across brand, digital, content, PR and events.
• Strong analytics and marketing tools.
• Experience managing agencies and budgets.
• Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategy for the group and subsidiaries.
• Own brand identity and guidelines across entities.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, SEO and paid campaigns with measurable targets.
• Manage corporate communications, media relations and executive messaging.
• Plan events, sponsorships and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Oversee bilingual content creation across copy, video, design and web.
• Manage agencies, vendors and the marketing budget.
• Report ROI, brand health and audience insights to senior leadership.
