  • Drive sales performance and achieve set targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand image consistently.
  • Support merchandising and ensure displays align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and maintain counter/tester hygiene.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and CRM tools.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating when needed.
