Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in hospitality.
• Full compliance with HACCP standards.
• Strong communication skills; must speak, read, and understand English.
• Work experience in GCC region is an advantage.

• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in service area.
• Ensure all stock is maintained at appropriate levels.

Job description

• To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
• To provide high personalized standard of quality and efficient / friendly service.
• To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties.
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly
• To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
• To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Follows all steps of service.
• Ensures all stock is up to par levels.
• Verifies all guests are at least 21 years of age.
• Provides prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift.
• Sells beverages responsibly with the customer's best interest in mind.
• Maintains smooth flow of service between bar and server requests.
• Completes all side work as outlined in the manual.
• Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shifts.
• Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests.
• Maintains a clean, orderly appearance in the restaurant service area.
• Assists with / executes any tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follows all proper sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Exhibits strong beverage knowledge.
• Work experience in the GCC regionis an advantage.
