Teyseer Services company in Doha is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and light refreshments while delivering excellent customer service.

You will operate and maintain espresso machines and related equipment, ensure consistent taste and presentation, handle orders, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in a fast-paced café environment.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Barista experience in café, restaurant, hotel, or catering.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve coffee espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea and other beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders and equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
• Handle cash POS transactions when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, utensils and work area.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, cups and other supplies and report shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with preparation and serving of pastries, sandwiches and other light food items when required.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.

• Assist with preparation and serving of pastries sandwiches and other light food items when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
