Four Seasons Hotel Doha is hiring a Barback to support the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional service. You will restock beverages, glassware, and supplies, assist Bartenders, and help maintain a clean, efficient bar area for peak operation hours.

The role requires previous experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished appearance.
• High attention to detail, efficiency and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar stock by replenishing ice, glassware and beverages.
• Support Bartenders in bar setup, service, and peak hours.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized and hygienic.
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
