Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with banking transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals and other financial transactions accurately.
• Answer inquiries about bank products and services.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
