Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; Malayalam/Arabic preferred for Malayalee/Egyptian candidates.
• Experience as a bank teller or in customer service is desirable.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transactions accurately.
• Promote bank products and explain services to customers.
• Handle currency exchanges and balance cash at end of shift.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with account inquiries and openings/closures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly with a positive attitude.
