As a Baker you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods You will follow recipes and quality standards to ensure that all products are consistently delicious

Your responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients shaping dough monitoring baking times and temperatures and decorating finished products

You should have experience working in a professional bakery setting and be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Strong communication skills are also important for interacting with customers and team members
