Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Qatar combines responsibilities as an Auto Electrician and Automotive Painter. The team member will diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, ignition, charging, and electronic components. Daily tasks include performing routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paint, applying primer and topcoat, and performing finishing work such as polishing and touch-ups. The Auto Electrician and Automotive Painter will work closely with other technicians, follow workshop procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and complete job documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Electrical Maintenance and Electricity skills for vehicle systems and components.
• Candidates should possess Fault Finding and Electrical Repairs skills to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform scheduled services and corrective work on vehicles.
• Experience in automotive painting, including surface preparation, color matching, spraying, and finishing, is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair instructions.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in auto electrical, automotive technology, or bodywork is preferred.
• Previous workshop experience in auto electrical repair and automotive painting, ideally in a professional garage or dealership.
• Attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages used in Qatar is an advantage.
