A multinational consultancy in Qatar is seeking an experienced Associate to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' expertise in quantity surveying and cost management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing large-scale projects such as high-rise towers and commercial buildings. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary between QAR 50,000 to 60,000 per month, along with benefits such as annual flights and private medical coverage.

Associate – Multinational PQS Consultancy

Position: Associate - Multinational PQS Consultancy - Qatar

Location: Doha, Qatar

QAR 50,000 – 60,000 per month + Annual Flights & Private Medical

Working with a multinational project and cost management consultancy, my client is looking to bring on board a senior member to the Qatar division to help strengthen their locally based office. Having already secured work on a large number of major developments in Qatar, successful candidates would be expected to replicate the company’s current success through continued growth. This appointment will be a key member of the commercial team, managing a wide range of large multi‑million projects including: high‑rise towers, commercial, hotels, leisure, public buildings.

Successful applicants should demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and commercial acumen, have excellent client‑facing and people management skills, alongside a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the field of quantity surveying & cost management.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• ESSENTIAL Degree qualified
• ESSENTIAL MRICS registered
• ESSENTIAL Minimum of 15 years’ experience
• Previous experience working with reputable company in the Middle East
• Experience of delivering large scale project
