Job Description
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
  • Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV), alarms, and other security equipment.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies; assist in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Provide training and guidance to security officers on safety procedures and conflict resolution.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Assist in managing access control systems and visitor management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain records of incidents, investigations, and security reports.
  • Evaluate the performance of security staff and provide feedback or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Support in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in security or law enforcement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
