You will follow recipes precisely, manage production timelines, and apply creativity to decorating finished goods. The role may require early mornings or late nights; accommodation allowance and annual leave are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Baker in a commercial bakery or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Creativity in decorating baked goods is preferred but not required.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods.
• Ability to work early mornings or late nights as needed.
• Physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes.
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Clean and maintain the bakery kitchen and equipment.
• Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
