We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team at a bakery in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced baker to showcase their skills and be a part of a growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
• Ensure all ingredients used are of high quality and properly stored
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment
• Clean work area and equipment regularly to maintain a hygienic environment
• Collaborate with other team members to come up with new recipes and menu items

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
• Creativity in decorating baked goods is preferred but not required
• Excellent time-management skills
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot environment
• Fluent English language skills
• Indian nationality preferred
