Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative process and projects you have led
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and objectives
• Develop concepts and oversee the creation of visual elements such as layouts, graphics, and illustrations
• Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team
• Provide direction and feedback to designers and other team members
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all visual materials
