Job summary

Ecojob in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our creative team. You will lead visual concepts, collaborate with clients, and guide a team of designers from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in an art director role, strong Adobe skills, and a proven ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship and a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

Pakistani nationality preferred with excellent English language skills.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop concepts, designs, and layouts aligned with brand identity.
Create sketches, storyboards or mock-ups to communicate design ideas.
Oversee design process from concept to final delivery.
Manage and guide a team of designers to ensure high-quality work on time and within budget.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing.
