The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, 5+ years as an Art Director, and expert Adobe Creative Suite skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais Nepal or Kenya. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of innovative and visually stunning designs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design as well as experience in managing a team of designers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop creative concepts that align with their brand identity
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for design projects
• Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback on their work
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design projects
• Develop layouts sketches and prototypes for client approval
• Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients to present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final designs

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign
• Proven experience managing a team of designers and leading creative projects from concept to completion
• Ability to think creatively and develop unique visual concepts that align with client needs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary 1300$ per month negotiable based on experience
