Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Art Director to join the Creative Department. The role focuses on strong conceptual thinking and exceptional visual design to develop and execute creative advertising campaigns.

You will lead visual direction, collaborate with copywriters and designers, mentor junior creatives, and present concepts to clients while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines. Stay ahead of design trends and best practices to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years in an advertising agency with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in concept development and campaign execution.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives.
• Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns.
• Lead visual direction from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and creative teams to deliver compelling creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation.
• Present creative concepts and visual directions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Guide and support junior designers and creative team members.
• Coordinate with production teams and external partners to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
