Art Director - Creative Visuals

We are currently hiring a creative and innovative Art Director to join our growing team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction and aesthetics of our projects, ensuring they align with our company's brand and vision. This role requires someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of designers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their branding goals and vision
- Develop concepts and ideas for visual designs that align with client's needs
- Create mock-ups and storyboards to present design ideas to clients
- Oversee the creation of all visual assets including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos
- Provide feedback and guidance to designers to ensure high quality work is produced
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to constantly improve our visual designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or studio environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles, techniques, and mediums
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
