Art Director (English Speaking, Contract)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national with proficiency in English, you will play a crucial role in creating and overseeing the visual aesthetic of our company's projects. This is a contract position with the added benefit of accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop and execute visual concepts for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, websites, social media content, and branding materials
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to designers and other team members
• Ensure that design elements are aligned with project goals and guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work produced
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Conduct regular performance reviews for team members to ensure growth and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or studio setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, technical skills, and understanding of design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; fluency in Hindi is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Biometric passport for international travel as required
