Job summary

Starlink WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced 3D Designer to translate client briefs into villa and residential landscape concepts. You will create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models from plot constraints and client feedback.

Responsibilities include presenting design concepts to Arabic-speaking clients, coordinating with architects and engineers, and maintaining design documentation to ensure timely deliverables while staying aligned with GCC regional trends and client preferences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic for direct client requirement gathering.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and spatial planning.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Arabic-speaking clients to understand design requirements for villas and residential plots.
• Translate briefs in Arabic into detailed 3D design concepts and layouts.
• Design villas and other structures based on plot dimensions and site conditions.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client approval.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and layouts per client feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders for feasibility and compliance.
• Incorporate revisions based on client and internal feedback.
• Maintain design documentation and timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Stay updated on GCC villa design trends and client preferences.
