Job summary

Bank IT Solutions is seeking a Consultant for Compliance-related applications to join our IT department in Doha. The role emphasizes AML systems, treasury platforms, and integration across core banking and payments environments.

You will evaluate business requirements, work with business teams and vendors, and ensure high standards of compliance and project delivery throughout all phases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on banking IT experience.
• Deep AML/CFT knowledge including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening.
• Treasury systems knowledge including front-office and back-office integration.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank's IT application section and align project objectives with business interests.
• Analyze business requirements to determine best solution.
• Prepare BRD/BCD; develop SIT test cases and perform SIT testing.
• Coordinate with vendor and business to resolve day-to-day issues in compliance apps.
• Conduct UAT with business users and obtain signoffs.
• Document architecture diagrams, user manuals, and process manuals.
