Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, banking, law, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in AML and financial crime compliance.
• Experience delivering professional or corporate training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, KYC, CDD, transaction monitoring, SARs.
• Familiarity with Qatar AML/CFT regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, engaging, industry-relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AML and CTF training sessions to professionals and corporate clients.
• Explain AML regulations, compliance requirements, and financial crime prevention practices.
• Cover topics such as KYC, CDD, EDD, transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, and sanctions compliance.
• Explain Qatar's AML/CFT regulatory framework and relevant international standards, including FATF recommendations.
• Use practical case studies, real-world scenarios, and interactive exercises to enhance participants' understanding.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and course content.
• Evaluate participants' learning progress and provide feedback.
• Keep training content updated in line with regulatory developments and industry practices.
