Senior Consultant-Level | Total Monthly Salary : From 56 323 QAR | Non-Negotiable
The Total Salary is Structured as follows :
- Basic Salary
- Market Allowance : % of Basic
- Professional Allowance : % of Basic
- Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR
- GSM Allowance : 500 QAR per month
Additional Benefits (over and above the total monthly salary) :
- Schooling Allowances : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18)
- Housing : Accommodation Provided
- Annual Leave : 50 days per year
- Flight Tickets : Business Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)
- Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation
- Conference Entitlement : Yearly, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket

Minimum Requirements
Exclusive Hiring of Overseas Senior Level Physicians Holding One of the Following Specialization Degree's :
- Arab Board from GCC countries
- USA - ABMS
- Canada - RCPS-C
- Sweden- Swedish Board
- Australia & New-Zealand : Fellowship of the Royal Colleges
- Germany - Facharzt Specialist Certificate
- UK - GMC Specialist Registration with CCT|CCST
Essential Experience
Should have held a Senior Consultant post for at least 1 year or a Consultant Physician post for a period of at least 6 years.
Licensing
Must hold a valid home-country license to practice.
Must be eligible for registration and licensing in the State of Qatar.
Specification
Work Setting & Schedule
General Practice (GP) office within a Primary Healthcare Clinic
- Duty roster : 4 days on / 4 days off
- Additional commitment : 4 hours per week in the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Unit
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care, including routine screenings, immunizations, health promotion, and preventive care.
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions in a community-based GP setting.
- Provide immediate response to medical emergencies, ensuring stabilization and referral as appropriate.
- Perform minor clinical procedures within the clinic.
- Participate in A&E coverage on a rotational basis.
