Job summary

Facade Today in Doha, Qatar seeks a skilled Aluminum Site Engineer to supervise installation of aluminum facades, curtain walls, windows, and related metal works on site.

You will coordinate with design, production and project teams, review shop drawings, monitor safety and quality, and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

A bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering and 3–7 years of experience are required; English is essential, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years' experience in aluminum systems or façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing systems, and aluminum fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details.
• Experience in site supervision and contractor coordination.
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminum systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, façades, pergolas)
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams on-site
• Conduct site measurements and prepare technical reports
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget
