Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking an entry-level Linen Loader in Doha, Qatar. You will assist with loading, offloading and sorting linen for flights, coordinate with Laundry Helpers, and ensure timely completion of duties within safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires basic literacy and numeracy, good English communication, and the ability to work under supervision. Training and onboarding will be provided in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with no prior job-related experience.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Exposure to linen products used in the airline industry.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive job allocations and instructions from a Team Leader or Uniform and Linen Agent.
• Attend allocated trainings.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leader or Linen Agent.
• Load, offload and sort linen for flights.
• Coordinate with Laundry Helpers and Agency staff to ensure timely completion.
• Understand galley loading and linen packing plans and check work schedules.
• Report stained or damaged linen found during the shift.
• Follow safety practices for self, colleagues and property.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene for personal premises and equipment.
• Perform other department duties as directed by the Head of Department.
