Key Responsibilities
  • Manage passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage services

  • Handle special requests (unaccompanied minors, VIPs)
  • Coordinate with ramp agents and flight crew
  • Resolve passenger queries in multiple languages
  • Maintain compliance with aviation security regulations
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (aviation diploma preferred)
  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service (aviation preferred)
  • Languages: Fluency in English + Arabic/French/German/Russian
