Job summary

Experience is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead project development initiatives from concept through approval and handover to execution teams. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, and developing strategic airport development initiatives to improve efficiency, capacity, and service quality.

You will develop and maintain development plans, align initiatives with master plans, and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups to support recommendations for senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Certification in Primavera, Lean, Six Sigma.
• 5+ years professional experience.
• 3+ years in airport, aviation, live operational, or major infrastructure environments.
• Regional Middle East experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of master planning, capacity planning, and operational improvements.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development initiatives from concept through approval and handover to execution teams.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive development plan aligned with master plans and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with design, construction, operations, finance and planning teams.
• Prepare structured presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality objectives.
• Support cost-benefit analyses and investment decision-making.
