Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to provide L2 support for AI applications and collaborate with external vendors for integration and customization. The role involves troubleshooting, building enterprise integrations, and maintaining runbooks.

The ideal candidate has strong Python backend skills, frontend experience, and familiarity with REST APIs and Azure services; experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong Python backend skills (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Frontend development experience (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience working with external vendors and technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 technical support for AI applications (chatbots, assistants, automation tools).
• Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance.
• Customize and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to requirements.
• Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems.
• Review and validate code/solutions delivered by external agencies.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Monitor application performance and implement fixes.
• Handle API configuration, authentication, and access management.
