Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong Python backend skills with frameworks (FastAPI, Flask or Django).
• Frontend development experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Experience working with external vendors and technical teams.
• REST API integration and troubleshooting.
• Azure services experience (App Services, Functions, API Management).

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for AI applications (chatbots, assistants, automation tools).
• Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues with LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance.
• Customize and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to requirements.
• Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems.
• Review and validate code/solutions delivered by external agencies.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Monitor application performance and implement fixes.
• Handle API configuration, authentication, and access management.
