We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the company by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective office operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
