Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist in Doha to handle the daily execution of advertising campaigns. You will manage technical setup, trafficking, and QA of all ads, reporting to the Media Coordinator, with a focus on operational excellence and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Ad Operations or related fields, fluent in Arabic and English, and hands-on experience with ad servers or Campaign Manager tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Arabic and English fluency is mandatory.
• Experience with ad servers or Campaign Manager tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch campaigns across Snoonu inventory per media plans.
• Ensure all creative assets meet technical specs and policy guidelines.
• Operate the backend of Snoonu's Retail Media tech stack daily.
• Monitor active campaigns to maintain pacing and deliver impressions/clicks.
• Generate raw performance reports for the Media Coordinator to review.
• Flag any technical discrepancies or delivery issues to your manager.
