The role aims to be recognized as a trusted advisor to the finance team and other hotel business partners. It supports the finance lead in retaining and training top finance professionals and helps develop the finance team. The role ensures a robust control and compliance environment, supports the hotel in maximizing profit, and contributes to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.

What will I be doing?

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s Accounts Payable department, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining control of the hotel’s accounts payable and related accounts. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the overall operation of the Finance Department as needed.
  • Ensuring smooth operation of Accounts Payable in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Partnering with hotel finance team members and internal/external stakeholders, including Human Resources, Supply Management, Commercial, and Operations.
  • Supporting the Finance Lead in developing best-in-class hotel Finance teams through participation in relevant training programs.
